A Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Rakesh brings two decades of strategic finance and corporate leadership experience to Upledger. As a former CFO and finance head in leading companies, he has led large-scale business transformations, ERP implementations, credit and tax strategy, due diligence processes, and automation projects. Having worked across industries like IT, services, real estate, and education, he brings a unique cross-sectoral perspective that clients value.

Chartered Accountant &Financial Expert
Meet Rashmi, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of rich and diverse experience across global organizations. Her career spans key leadership roles, including Head of Credit Control at Continental India and SABIC Innovative Plastics, Financial Controller at Wolters Kluwer and Reed Elsevier India.
Rashmi has been instrumental in building robust credit control and risk assessment models, which significantly enhanced the financial discipline and decision-making frameworks at her previous organizations. Her expertise also includes strategic roles in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), where she drove budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives, and as a Financial Controller, where she ensured rigorous financial governance and operational efficiency. Her core strengths include credit risk management, regulatory compliance, audit oversight, and fraud prevention.
